Terms of Use

Account

• Registration requires a valid Iraqi phone number that belongs to you, verified by a code sent over WhatsApp or SMS.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You may browse without an account; an account is required to place an order.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that are abusive, use false information, or place repeated fake orders.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and include any applicable tax.
• Each product's price is shown on its page and does not change with the quantity you order.
• The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm the order, and it is locked into that order.
• Product photos may differ slightly from the actual item. Availability depends on stock; we may cancel an item that has sold out and will contact you.

Orders

A minimum order value applies and is shown in the app (currently 5,000 IQD). We review each order before shipping and may call you to confirm. Placing an order is an offer; the contract is formed when we confirm it.

Delivery

We deliver within Iraq only, to all 18 governorates. Delivery fees are set per area and shown in your cart before you confirm, then locked into the order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Cash on delivery only. We do not accept cards or advance transfers and will never ask for card or bank details. Anyone requesting them in our name is committing fraud — do not respond, and please report it to us.

Cancellation, returns and exchange

• You may cancel in-app while the order is still under review (before shipping).
• Please inspect the item on delivery where possible.
• For a manufacturing defect, or a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
• Returns are not accepted for items used or damaged after delivery through misuse, nor for hygiene or personal-care items once opened (cosmetics, underwear and similar), unless the fault is a manufacturing defect.

Reviews

Your rating, review text and name are shown publicly on the product page. Abusive, misleading, promotional content, or content containing other people's personal data, is prohibited and may be removed.

Acceptable use

Any unlawful or harmful use, attempted intrusion, automated scraping or circumvention of access controls is prohibited. The Dinar Tree name, logo and content are the store's property and may not be reused without written permission.

Liability

We take care to present accurate information and prices and correct any error as soon as we find it. Our liability is limited to the value of the paid order and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here waives any right granted to you by Iraqi law.

Privacy and account deletion

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account permanently in-app — see the Delete Account page.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; updates take effect when published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
